The Fresha export path and what it includes are set out here with the date they were checked. If something has changed since, the date is what will tell you.
What does not move
Card details cannot be exported from any system, Fresha included. A client who pays up front enters her card once with us.
What we need from you
It follows the export path: a file you pull yourself, a request to Fresha support, or access to the calendar we pull appointments from.
We run the move and show you the result to check before the new calendar opens for bookings.
