A deposit reduces no-shows.
We suggest 20% to 30% of the treatment price. It is taken at booking and refunded in full on a cancellation inside the window.
How it works
The client pays a deposit when she books, and the amount comes off the price on the day.
A more expensive treatment carries a bigger deposit. One flat sum takes too much on a short appointment and too little on a long one.
Cancellation and refund
The default window is 24 hours ahead, and you can change it.
Cancel inside the window and the deposit is refunded in full within 3 business days. Cancel later and it is not, and the client reads that before she pays.
What the client sees
Before she pays she can see how much the deposit is, until when she can cancel and what comes back. A condition written up front is a condition you can stand behind.
