A full set, a fill and gel. Three different lengths.

Each treatment carries its own length and its own waiting time, so the calendar never offers a slot you cannot keep.

A hand holding a phone showing BE Studio's booking page, at a work table in the studio.
A lit phone on the counter of a closed studio, after hours.

An appointment booked over WhatsApp at eleven at night

And the client is waiting for an answer now, because she sent it now.

A card terminal and a phone on a studio counter at the end of a working day.

A transfer, a screenshot, and one who forgot

Every payment is something you track in your head.

An empty work station in the middle of a working day, the lamp on and the tools laid out.

A cancellation an hour before

The window stays empty, and nobody pays for it.

Length and waiting time

A full set, a fill and a gel manicure do not take the same time, and the calendar holds the real length of each.

Curing time is held as busy. The next slot a client sees is one you can keep, not one that needs a phone call to undo.

A studio calendar for one week, a column per person working and appointments through each day.

A deposit on a long slot

A no-show on a long treatment wipes out the whole window, and you cannot sell it the same morning.

The deposit is taken at booking and refunded in full on a cancellation inside the window. Set it against the price of the treatment rather than as one flat sum.

A client booking on her phone: choosing a treatment, then the open times.

The client card

Treatment history and before and after photos sit on the client card, next to the notes you wrote last time.

Getting started

Already on another system? We'll move your calendar for you, clients and history included.

This is what a day that runs itself looks like

One client in the chair, one who booked herself on her phone, and a calendar that knows about both.

A nail studio mid-afternoon: a technician working on a client while the owner writes in the appointment book at the counter behind.

There is no monthly subscription

You pay nothing to open the account, nothing for the calendar and nothing for a month that passes.

A fee of 5% is charged on a payment collected through Looks. An appointment your client paid for in cash never passes through us, and carries no fee.

One full set that does not arrive costs more than a whole month of a subscription. The deposit is what protects the long window.

What owners ask before they start

How long does it take to start?

Five minutes. Fill in the business details, add treatments and prices, and the calendar is open.

What happens to the clients I already have?

They get a link to your page. There is nothing to import and nothing to install, you just send it to them.

Can I move from the system I use today?

From Kavanu the move is automatic. From the others we extract the data and move it with you.

What if I am not technical?

If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can work with this.

What exactly is the fee on?

On a payment collected through Looks. There is no subscription, no charge to open the account and no monthly bill.

And if it is not for me?

You can stop at any moment. No contract, no commitment period and no exit fee.

Your work, and your business

You do the first part. Looks does the second.

Clients book themselves. You work.

No monthly subscription, no credit card, and you can stop at any moment.
