When WhatsApp is unavailable
WhatsApp belongs to another company and we do not control it. When a message is not delivered, it goes by SMS.
That is why the reminder does not depend on one channel. It is also why we will not promise you that a particular channel stays available and free of charge indefinitely.
Reminders before deposits
A reminder with arrival confirmation is the first layer against no-shows. The deposit is the second, and it earns its place once the appointment is long enough to hurt.
