Reminders and arrival confirmation
The day before the appointment a reminder goes out with the time, the treatment and the address. The client confirms in one tap, and the confirmation lands in the calendar.
Deposits
The deposit is taken when the appointment is booked and refunded in full on a cancellation inside the window. A no-show without a deposit is an empty slot nobody pays for.
Invoices and reports
Every payment produces a document: a receipt, or a tax invoice receipt, carrying a gapless running number, the VAT breakdown and your own business details.
At the end of the month the report shows how many appointments were booked, how many arrived and how much came in. Not an estimate, what happened.
