A file can be exported from inside the product. You download it and send it over, and the rest is ours.

What does not move
Card details cannot be exported from any system. A client who pays up front enters her card once with us.
What is needed from Fresha
It depends on the system. Some have a self-serve export inside the product, some need the export requested from vendor support, and some have no documented export path, in which case we pull appointments through a calendar sync.
