Appointments arrive through the external calendar. It has to be connected, and we complete the client book with you.
What moves
Client records with phone number, notes and sensitivities. Past appointments and future ones, with the treatment, the price and who performs it. The treatment list and its prices.
What does not move
Card details cannot be exported from any system. A client who pays up front enters her card once with us.
What is needed from Plannie
It depends on the system. Some have a self-serve export inside the product, some need the export requested from vendor support, and some have no documented export path, in which case we pull appointments through a calendar sync.
